We are Gillian & Bianca, welcome to our business!

In 2021 Gill got her first sourdough starter kit for Christmas & spent some time testing it out.

Then life happened.

Fast forward to 2023 Gill had knee replacement surgery so she had a lot of spare time on her hands whist recovering, she re-discovered her sourdough journey but this time with a few years research under her belt.

& Bianca, well she's our technology & social media manager & chief taste tester!

We will admit the first few loaves could have hurt you if they were thrown but thankfully it didn’t take her long to fine tune our recipes.
