Frequently Asked Questions

What is Sourdough?

Sourdough is the process of fermentation with the help of natural/wild yeast that come from the environment, which makes the dough rise without the need for any commercial bakers yeast. This means Sourdough is easier to digest & contains a lower gluten level than regular bread.

Do our products contain any allergens?

Yes, most of our products contain Gluten, some contain Egg & Dairy also. Send us a message if you are unsure.

What are the health benefits of Sourdough?

Sourdough is high in nutrients including healthy carbs, protein, fibre, iron & a list of other vitamins that our bodies can easily absorb.

How long does a loaf last?

In our house, not long!

You can expect to get 3-5 days out of a loaf, even longer with a bread bag (see Em's Creations products on our site to get your hands on one!)

If the loaf starts to lose its crunch, refresh it by quickly running it under water & popping it in a hot oven for 5-8 minutes.
